A Heartfelt Thank You to the Fercos Family

When I look back on the journey of creating the Flying Fercos documentary, one of the most meaningful parts of the experience hasn’t just been telling their story—it’s been getting to know the Fercos family on such a personal level. Over the past 22 years, our paths have been deeply intertwined, and what started as a professional project has grown into one of the most cherished relationships of my career.

The Fercos family is a rare blend of history, artistry, and heart. They come from a lineage of performers who have dazzled audiences around the world, yet beyond the stage lights and breathtaking performances lies a family bound by love, resilience, and trust. To me, that trust has been the greatest gift of all.

This project was not without its challenges. Over the years, there were moments when the documentary’s future felt uncertain. There were obstacles, delays, and countless ups and downs. And yet, through it all, the Fercos family stood by me. They never wavered in their belief that this story was worth telling. Honestly, I would not have blamed them if they had chosen to walk away at any point—but they didn’t. Their patience, loyalty, and faith carried me through some of the hardest parts of the journey.

For me, the proudest accomplishment of this entire process isn’t just completing the film—it’s the relationships I’ve built with each member of the Fercos family. Each of them holds a unique place in my life, and the bonds we share are something I will treasure forever.

I can say without hesitation that I truly love this family. Their incredible talent, their rich history, and their enduring spirit are inspiring, but it’s who they are as people that makes them unforgettable. To the Fercos family—thank you for trusting me with your story, for sticking with me through the rough patches, and for allowing me to be a part of your extraordinary legacy.

This documentary is as much a tribute to your journey as it is a celebration of the love and resilience that keeps your family strong. I am endlessly grateful, and I’m honored to call you not just collaborators, but friends.
